• All products are made using ¾” thermofused melamine laminate.
• This superior technology uses heat and pressure to produce a permanent thermal bond between the melamine laminate and the high-density substrate. Delamination is simply not possible. Tops are resistant to scratches, abrasions, stains, chipping, radiant heat, steam and mild chemicals.
• Guaranteed steel rack system holds up to 1200lbs over an eight-foot section.
• Rods and shelves fully adjustable in 1 ¼” increments.
• Fully computerized CNC machines cut and bore guaranteeing precise accuracy of all orders.
• 100% of particleboard is recovered from “post industrial waste streams.”
• Our particleboard meets important standards set for formaldehyde emissions and air quality
• We utilize over 95% recyclable materials in our packaging process.
• The corrugated cardboard packaging we use consists of 30-50% recycled paper products.
• 98% of our inbound cardboard from suppliers is recycled onsite.
